The process used in developing an application determines whether an application meets functional, budgetary and time constraints. There are a number of different process models that computer scientists have come up over the years in order to aid the development process. Of all of these our experience has taught us that the agile model works the best in majority of situations and accounts for all the possible contingencies that occur while developing software.
